Crosstraining
Sport Crosstraining is a combined form of training that combines disciplines from different sports.
Components of strength training are offered, but attention is also paid to the conditional aspect of training, mobility and explosiveness.
Cross training within Sport is high-intensity training for sporty and active people who want to stay fit and healthy, become stronger and improve their fitness. We think it is important that the training courses are accessible for all levels, there is personal attention and you train hard with great pleasure.
